Contestant Rules & Regulations: Premier Pontiac GMC -Lucky Number Guess Conditional Prize Contest - 7/21/08 through 9:00 pm on 8/7/08. 1. PREMIER PONTIAC GMC will conduct the contest on the above listed date(s) for a chance to win the following: a. Free Used Vehicles including sales price and applicable sales tax, documentary and title fees, excluding down payment, trade equity or negative trade equity. 2. The contestants who purchase a used vehicle from PREMIER PONTIAC GMC beginning 7/21/08 through 9:00 pm on 8/7/08 will be eligible to win if the official Ohio State Lottery Pick 3 midday drawing is 8-8-8 on 8/8/08. If the official Ohio State Lottery Pick 3 midday draw is not 8-8-8 on 8/8/08, no prizes will be awarded. 3. If there are prize winners, the winners must come to PREMIER PONTIAC GMC at a mutually agreed date and time at least 2 weeks prior to claiming their award. 4.The contest is open to persons 18 years of age and older. Employees of PREMIER PONTIAC GMC, other related sponsors, and their immediate families may not participate and are not eligible to win. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. 5. Difficulties with getting to locations to enter the contest are not the responsibility of PREMIER PONTIAC GMC. 6. As a winner of a prize, you will be required to sign a release form before your prize will be awarded. You will be responsible for all applicable income taxes including state, local, and federal and therefore must present a valid Social Security Card before claiming your prize. 7. As a prize winner, you acknowledge that American Hole ‘n One and PREMIER PONTIAC GMC have the right to, without further authorization, publicize your name, character likeness, photograph, voice, and the fact that you are a prize winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration. 8. There is a purchase necessary to enter or win the contest. Void where prohibited. 9. There will be no substitution for prizes. Participation in the contest and prizes awarded are non-transferable. Failure to collect the prize constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of PREMIER PONTIAC GMC. Another winner will not be selected. 10. PREMIER PONTIAC GMC reserves the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time and reserves the right to change the aforementioned contest date(s) without notice. 11. The decision of PREMIER PONTIAC GMC management in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and the official rules. 12. If a winner is found in violation of these rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize. 13. PREMIER PONTIAC GMC, their representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of this prize. 14. PREMIER PONTIAC GMC, their representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any changes or difficulties in travel or prize delivery.
